I am back and ready to blog today!!!!! First and foremost, God is the greatest. He is good and He will continue to bring you towards the path you need to success, health, prosperity and abundance. So now with that out the way, let's get to the meat and potatoes that is The 3PW!
1. I've always been a fan of science fiction, especially Fantasy Sci-Fi. When it comes to the hundreds and hundreds of movies and shows that are out now, there has always been one that stood above the others...and that is Dune. The rumor is Dune was the one of the inspirations for Star Wars. Well, we all know how that played out. Star Wars ended up becoming one of the best selling franchises of all time. So to know it was inspired by Dune, well, that's saying something. There have been several adaptations of the book series. Some did well, and some not so well. So I was a little apprehensive when it came to watching this updated version of the book. It came out Thursday on HBO Max and in theaters. Of course, I didn't want to spend any money in theaters on something I may or may not want to see. So I opted to watch it at home. Big mistake! This movie is immersive, captivating, grand and a visual accomplishment. I'm a sucker for cinematography, and this one is by far the most beautiful movie I've seen all year. I'll try and explain in a couple sentences what it's about (because there are so many moving parts), but here goes...There is this planet called Arrakis that is deserted for the most part, except for this one commodity called Spice that grows from the planet. This society called House Atredies has just taken over the planet from another society called House Harkonnen that ruled over Arrakis for centuries. Once the leaders of House Atredies get on Arrakis to check it out, there is a setup that occurs. It's pretty broad, but it's epic as hell. I suggest watching it.
2. I do my best to inspire myself every morning. In fact, when I wake up in the morning, I usually say a prayer, meditate for about 10 minutes and then listen to something motivational. I've already told you about my favorite album of the year, and it's still on constant rotation every morning when I'm getting dressed. But at night, before I go to bed, I'll say a prayer and sometimes watch some motivational videos on YouTube. I ran across one that I just had to share recently because I believe going to sleep with this will enhance your mood for the morning. It's a 10 minute clip of multiple people talking about the things needed to keep going. The cool thing (and weird thing) about YouTube is that it will begin to recommend more similar to that one as well. I hope this is something you can watch and allow you to provide you the peace, serenity and motivation to keep going ahead of what it is you desire. Remember, manifestation is real and nothing works until you do.
3. Adele is back. That's all that needs to be said. It's been almost 6 years since her chart topping 25 album came out and 10 years since her massively successful album 21 came out. Not too much is known about her upcoming album, 30. But one thing we know about Adele is she will have us in our feels for the winter. And I'm going to be here for it. Although 21 is the career defining album that made her a household name, I have a larger affinity for first album, 19. I believe it was her at her most raw and hungry, because she had just started out. I don't know, but I've always felt debut albums are the best ones because it's you in your purest form. But that's my take. Although, her first single, Easy On Me, is proving to be a chart topper already. With that said, I'm sure 30 will be another album that shoots to supersonic heights and takes the world by storm. I can't wait to hear it. I'm sure I'll be talking about it for months to come...and I'm sure you will too.
So that's all folks! I hope you enjoy this 3PW and the rest of the weekend! Until next time, see you all again!
